Electrically Non-Conductive and Stored as a Liquid, an Ideal Fire Protection Technology
Colourless, electrically non-conductive and with minimal odour. Synthetic agents suppress fire primarily by physical mechanisms; inhibiting the chemical chain reaction and heat absorption with minimal effect on oxygen concentrations allowing personnel to leave the enclosure safely.
Chemical extinguishing agents are ideal for protecting sensitive electronic equipment and irreplaceable assets or data and are completely non corrosive. Chemical agents are typically stored as a liquid in cylinders at 25 or 42 bar and changing state to a gas inside the pipework once discharged.
Special software is used to calculate the 2 phase flow and engineer the size of the distribution pipe network to ensure the correct amount of inert gases are deployed in each area.
